Heat oven to 180°C/ 160°C fan oven / 350°F/Gas Mark 4
Grease & line cake tin (8 inch)
Put in a bowl and mix:
- 100 g melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Add jar contents & stir together
Place mixture into cake tin
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool in tin before placing on wire rack.
Makes approx. 16-20 pieces
