Heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
Grease & line 2lb loaf tin.
Beat together with a wooden spoon or mix with an electric whisk
- 105g Soft Butter.
- 2 Medium Eggs.
- Stir in 190g Grated Carrot.
Add contents of jar & stir.
Tip mixture into loaf tin.
Bake 50 – 55 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
Cool in tin before placing on wire rack.
Makes approx. 20 pieces
