Carrot Cake Mix


Our classic light & moist carrot cake with a hint of spice and nuts



Heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4

Grease and line 2 lb loaf tin

Beat together with a wooden spoon or mix with an electric whisk

  • 105g Soft Butter
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • Stir in 190g Grated Carrot

Add contents of jar and stir

Tip mixture into loaf tin

Bake 50 – 55 mins or until skewer comes out clean

Cool in tin before placing on wire rack

Makes approx. 20 pieces

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents: Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate); Caster Sugar; Sultanas (sunflower oil (seeds)); Mixed Nuts (Peanuts 70%, Almonds, 15%, Walnuts 15%); Ground Cinnamon; Baking Powder (Wheat Flour, raising agents: Sodium Pyrophosphate).
