Heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.
Grease & line tray
Beat together with wooden spoon or electric whisk:
- 75 g butter
- 1 medium egg
- ½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Add jar contents & stir
Place heaped tbsp of mix evenly spaced on trays & flatten with a fork
Bake for 9 -12 mins
Cool on tray
Makes approx. 18 cookies
