Vegan Banana and Sultana Cake Mix


A truly Vegan fruit cake which is appetising and scrumptious!



Heat oven to 200°C/390°F/180°C fan oven/ Gas 4.

Grease & line 2 lb loaf tin.

Put in a bowl and mash:

  • 3 ripened/black bananas.

Add 75 ml vegetable oil.

Add contents of jar & stir.

Tip mixture into loaf tin.

Bake 20 minutes, then cover top with tin foil and bake for a further 20 minutes.

Until a skewer comes out clean.

Cool in tin before placing on wire rack.

Makes approx. 12 pieces

Ingredients: flour, sugar, sultanas,  cinnamon, baking powder.
