Vegan Banana and Sultana Cake Mix


A truly Vegan fruit cake which is appetising and scrumptious!



Heat oven to 200°C/390°F/180°C fan oven/ Gas 4

Grease & line 2 lb loaf tin

Put in a bowl and mash:

  • 3 ripened/black bananas

Add 75 ml vegetable oil

Add contents of jar & stir

Tip mixture into loaf tin

Bake 20 minutes, then cover top with tin foil and bake for a further 20 minutes

Until a skewer comes out clean

Cool in tin before placing on wire rack

Makes approx. 12 pieces

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin); Light Brown Sugar (Cane Molasses, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup); Sultanas (sunflower oil (seeds)); Baking Powder (Wheat Flour, raising agents: Sodium Pyrophosphate); Ground Cinnamon
