S’mores Brownie Mix


A ‘no bake’ classic of a crunchy biscuit base, smooth chocolate middle, oozing up towards a gooey toasted marshmallow top

Comes with a reusable baking tin



This is a ‘no bake’ baking kit

Grease and line the square baking tin provided
Melt 100g butter and slightly cool
Tip contents of biscuit crumb packet into a bowl and mix in the cooled melted butter
Stir until all crumbs are coated. Tip into the greased tin & press with a spoon into an even layer
Melt the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl, in 20 second increments, stirring in-between until all the chocolate is melted
Leave to cool for a couple of minutes
Pour the melted chocolate over the biscuit layer and smooth over until you have entirely cover the biscuits
Press the 2 packs of marshmallows into the melted chocolate until the chocolate layer is covered
Leave to cool for 30 mins before putting in fridge for 3-4 hours
Once set, place under a hot grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the marshmallows are brown and crunchy on top
Cut into bars pieces
