Oat & Raisin Cookie Mix


A classic rustic cookie, so scrumptiously tasty!



Heat oven to 180°C / 350°F / 160°C fan oven / Gas Mark 4

Grease & line baking tray

Put in a bowl and beat together with a spoon or electric whisk

  • 100 g butter
  • 1 medium egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Add jar contents & stir

Place heaped tbsp of mix evenly spaced on trays & flatten slightly with a fork

Bake for 10-15 minutes

Cool on wire rack before serving into chunky slices
