INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 180° C / 350° F / 160° C fan oven / Gas mark 4
Grease & line baking tin
Melt 150 g butter and add 2 large eggs (beaten) in a bowl
Empty the contents of all the packets into the mix and combine
Once well mixed, pour into the baking tin and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes
Leave to cool slightly and turn out onto a wire rack then cut into 16 chunky pieces
Makes 16 chunky pieces
Ingredients: flour (wheat), milk & white chocolate chunks (milk, soya), cocoa, sugar, baking powder (wheat)
