Heat oven to 180° C / 350° F / 160° C fan oven / Gas Mark 4
Grease & line an 8″ square brownie tin.
Melt 200 g butter in a bowl and then add 3 medium eggs (beaten).
Pour the contents of the jar into the bowl and mix well.
once mixed, pour into the baking tin and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Leave to cool slightly and turn out onto a wire rack.
Cut into approx. 16 chunky pieces.
