Christmas Bauble – Gingerbread Biscuit Mix


Seasonal biscuit with a delicate spice

Christmas baking kit comes with two gingerbread men cutters




Heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4

Grease and line baking tin

Beat together with wooden spoon and mix with an electric whisk:

35 g soft butter

one medium egg yolk

2 tblsp golden syrup

Add bauble packet contents and stir to form a dough

wrap dough in clink film and refrigerate for one hour

Roll out and cut into shapes

Place on baking tray

Bake for approx. 9 minutes

Cool on tray
