Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix


These rich and chewy cookies loaded with Belgian milk chocolate chunks will become a favourite in no time



Heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5

Grease & line tray

Beat together with wooden spoon or electric whisk

  • 75g butter
  • 1 medium egg
  • ½  tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Add jar contents & stir

Place heaped tbsp of mix evenly spaced on trays & flatten with a fork

Bake for 9 -12 mins

Cool on tray

Makes approx. 18 cookies
