Heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
Grease & line cake tin (8 inch).
Beat together with wooden spoon or electric whisk.
- 1 large egg.
- ½ cup of melted butter.
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Add jar contents & stir together.
Place mixture into cake tin.
Bake for 25 – 30 mins.
When cake is golden and set on top, remove from oven to cool before removing from tin and cutting.
If it looks wobbly, don’t worry, this is fine and once cool it will be delicious and moist .
Makes approx 20 pieces.
Ingredients: flour, toffee, white chocolate sugar, baking powder, salt.
